Rachael is Director of Springwood Preschool and Nursery LTD. She has many years working in Early Years. Rachael holds a Foundation Degree in Early Childhood Studies. In Rachael's spare time she enjoys forest walks with her family.

 Hi I'm Catia, I have worked in childcare many years. I hold a BA Honours level 6 in Early Years. I have owned my own nursery in Portugal, before moving to the UK. I am currently studying Psychology. I am a qualified Early Years SENCO Practitioner. I am a mother. I am bubbly, easy going and focused on children's wellbeing and learning. 

I am DSL for Springwood.

Hi I'm Rosie, I have years of experience working within the Early Years sector. I am qualified level 3. I am a mum. At weekends I enjoy going for walks and spending time with my family.

Hi I am Sian.  I am hard working, and enjoy supporting children with additional needs providing them with the tools and support to ensure they have the best time at  nursery.

Hi I'm Kirsty, I have worked for Springwood Copnor for many years. I am  creative, and enjoy spending time with the children especially my key group.  I am  level 6 qualified in childcare. 

Hi I am Jord, I have worked in childcare for some time now. I am level  3 qualified in childcare. I am creative, like to get my hands dirty with paint or digging. I am a mum of three children. I like animals especially dogs.

  Hi I’m Rhonda,  I've worked in childcare for 10  years. I'm a mum and grandmother.  I enjoy helping children grow. I like to explore new things. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and dancing.  

Hi I am Milly, I am newly qualified in childcare level 3 thanks to Springwood Preschool who offered me an apprentice placement. I joined Springwood Preschool in Autumn of 2024 and really enjoy working here. I am very creative and thoughtful.

I joined Springwood Preschool in Summer of 2024 as a volunteer. I really enjoy working here. I have recently completed my level 2 apprenticeship. I am very creative and helpful.

I joined Springwood Preschool in September of 2025 enrolling on to an apprentice placement. I really enjoy working here. I work mainly in the preschool room. I am a mum, I am very creative and helpful. 

Hi I am Maddi.

I joined Springwood Preschool in September of 2025 enrolling on to an apprentice placement. I really enjoy working here. I work mainly in the baby room.  I am super creative and helpful. I am enjoying all of my learning relating to child development.  In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family.

Hi I am Jack.

I joined Springwood Preschool in September of 2025 as a volunteer through Enable ability. I really enjoy working here. I became employed as a play worker full time in December 2025. I work mainly in the preschool room supporting children with SEND. I am enjoying all of my learning relating to child development.  In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family.
