Rachael is Director of Springwood Preschool and Nursery LTD. She has many years working in Early Years. Rachael holds a Foundation Degree in Early Childhood Studies. In Rachael's spare time she enjoys forest walks with her family.

 Hi I'm Catia, I have worked in childcare many years. I hold a BA Honours level 6 in Early Years. I have owned my own nursery in Portugal, before moving to the UK. I am currently studying Psychology. I am a qualified Early Years SENCO Practitioner. I am a mother. I am bubbly, easy going and focused on children's wellbeing and learning. 

I am DSL for Springwood.

Kirsty has worked for Springwood Copnor for many years. Our children really enjoy Kirsty's way of teaching. She is creative, and enjoys spending time with the children especially her key group.  Kirsty is level 6 qualified in childcare. 

Hi I am Sian.  I am hard working, and enjoy supporting children with additional needs providing them with the tools and support to ensure they have the best time at  nursery.

Hi I am Jord, I have worked in childcare for some time now. I am level  3 qualified in childcare. I am creative, like to get my hands dirty with paint or digging. I am a mum of two children. I like animals especially dogs.

Hi I am Kirsty, I am qualified in childcare level 3. I have worked in different nurseries and preschools. I joined Springwood Preschool in Spring of 2024 and really enjoy working here. I am very creative and thoughtful and, I like to read to stories, along with joining in with play. 

Hi I am Milly, I am studying for my qualification in childcare level 3. I joined Springwood Preschool in Autumn of 2024 and really enjoy working here. I am very creative and thoughtful. 

Hi I am Holly.

I joined Springwood Preschool in Summer of 2024 as a volunteer. I really enjoy working here. I have recently started my level 2 apprenticeship. I am very creative and helpful.
