Busy Bee's puts great emphasis on staff’s continued professional development (CPD) to embrace staff’s skills, abilities and knowledge, to continue to offer best possible care and education for all our children.

All members of Busy Bee Preschool hold full and relevant Early Years qualifications or they are working towards one.

They are also trained in First Aid and in Safeguarding and Child protection.

Rachael is Director of Springwood Preschool Nursery LTD. She has many years working in Early Years. Rachael holds a Foundation Degree in Early Childhood Studies. In Rachael's spare time she enjoys forest walks with her family.
