Child Centered Approach
Our ethos is to offer a child-centered approach where children have the opportunity to make choices about what, how and whom they want to play with. This approach enables our children to initiate and direct their own play with the support of experince, trained adults.
Our Mission
Our pedagogy is providing a welcoming and safe but challenging environment where children can learn at their own pace, whilst having fun. Play enables children to progress and develop new skills. Learning through play allows the children to talk and think for them selves, whilst scaffolded by experienced well trained Early Years professionals.
Dedicated Educators
Our children are encouraged with the support of our knowledgeable, friendly staff to experience challenges through play. There is a strong team at all Springwood's settings, who work closely with children and their families.
